Pictures, pictures and...more pictures

Well, I figure if i don't post pictures of the house now I never will. I keep wanting to wait until i get the last picture hung up or until it's completely clean or until all the Christmas decorations are up... but I'll post them how it looks now...

What I'm Thankful for...

I thought that it'd be nice for me to post what I'm thankful for, because sometimes I think I forget how blessed I truly am...
1 Eric Scott Olsen, my loving, hard working, wonderful eternal companion. ( I love you Honey)
2 Alaura, my healthy, beautiful ,extremely smart baby girl.
3 Trials...(that's a hard one for me to recognise...)I've learned alot about myself lately and what I'm capable of handling. (a lot more than I ever thought) I've also been able to feel how loved I am by family friends and my heavenly father. Trials make us who we are meant to be. I only hope that I learn everything I need to.
4 Family. It was great having so much family around for Thanksgiving. I love all of you!!!(including those not close)
5 Friends. I've been very blessed to have wonderful friends around me. I'm also excited to make some new ones in our new area.
6 The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints, Temples and eternal families. I couldn't imagine not having these things in my life.
7 I'm very grateful to live in a land where I can make my own choices and in a time of such great technological advances, i love electricity :)

That's a quick list of what I'm thankful for. I hope you all had a great thanksgiving and wonderful Christmas. Remember to serve others (that's what Christmas is for)

Happy Thanksgiving

Well, My computer isn't working right now(I'm using my parents). It's actually the phone line that's not working, they'll be out to fix it on Monday then I'll update everything. We had a great Thanksgiving, I'll post pictures ASAP. We're putting up Christmas decorations I'll post pictures of that too.

Well, i forgot to update about my hcg levels... two weeks ago they dropped from 25 to 18 and last week they dropped to 14!!! I have to go in on Wednesday this week since Thursday is thanksgiving. I'm excited to be done with all of the testing. Alaura's been such a good girl about it though. We wait in the waiting room for 30 min to 2 hours at least once a week, then she sits next to me while i get my blood drawn. We call it getting a bracelet when they put the rubber band around my arm, and she calls the needle Mommy's jewelry. As soon as we walk into the lab she asks one of the techs for a sticker. They all know her and call her their sticker baby. She walks around like she owns the place. After I get the blood work done we play on the elevator for a little while She love pushing the buttons and looking out the window while proclaiming "Up" or "down" depending on which one we're doing. In fact she's run into elevator without me, so I have to be really quick when it's time to leave,then we go to a park that's near by. She's been a really good girl the last few months. Hopefully by Christmas I'll be done...

1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,11

With life being as busy as it's been lately I completely forgot to write about some really cool things that happened. Last week Eric came home early because he was sick, he was trying to get Alaura to count to three by placing packing peanuts (Alaura calls them popcorn) into a box. If you say 1 she'll say 2,3. So Eric was going through this with her and she continued placing the peanuts in the box...4...5...6...7...8...9...11!!! Eric and I looked at each other "did you hear that?" He pulled out some more and she did it again!!! She doesn't do it very often now, but sometimes she'll play a game with me where I say 1 she'll say 2 and then we go back and forth up to 12.

This move happened really fast, but we're very glad to be here and settled in. I'm really looking forward to meeting new people and making new friends as well as having old friends over to hang out.
