Guess what time alaura woke up this morning!!!! 6:00!!! which means I had no time to workout shower and get ready before she woke up...She goes through phases, she'll sleep really well for a week or two(11 hours or more), then horribly for a week or two(10 hours or less, usually less)...during the week of no sleeping...she gets sooo grumpy and whiny..but I love her.
On a lighter note, I'm getting ready to do a baking day so i can get my goodie bags or plates out. I'm looking for some good recipes if any one has any. The easier the better..but if it tastes good I'm willing to put some time into it.
We're going to be going to see Santa (this time it's Papa) again tonight, hopefully she does as well as she did last time. She was so excited to get up there she went and sat on his lap while I was getting the camera. Then while other kids were taking their turns I practically had to hold her down so she wouldn't jump into the picture. Huge change from the first time she saw Santa this year...Camie and I took her to see Santa at the Mall. She did not like him at all. I had to "push" her to get within a few feet of him, she hugged onto my legs saying "Hold you" (hold me, I know i should correct her, but it's soo cute, and she says everything else correctly) and "go" and "don't like it" He offered her a candy cane, and after a little persuading she stretched out as far as she could, while still holding on to my leg, and grabbed it out of his hand and ran and buried her head in my legs. Hopefully tonight will be like the first story.
Please send me any recipes you think would work well for handing out.

I don't have any good recipes. If we ever need anything baked, we go to Aunt Becky's, and she does it for us. Anyway...if you look at Holly's blog http://leviandfaith.blogspot.com/ Her Dec 7th post is about some brownies that are supposed to be heavenly. I haven't tried them, but the sound delish!!!
